🎟️ DJ Cheekz Refund & Cancellation Policy
A legal disclaimer
All bookings with DJ Cheekz are final. To respect the time, preparation, and equipment involved in every event, the following refund and cancellation policy applies:
📅 Booking Deposits:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

This deposit guarantees your time slot and covers the upfront planning and prep needed for your event.
❌ Cancellations:

If you cancel 14 days or more before your event, no additional payment is due beyond the deposit.

If you cancel within 14 days of your event, 50% of the total balance is still required.

If you cancel within 72 hours, the full payment is due, no refunds will be issued.
🔁 Rescheduling:

I allow one reschedule (within 6 months of your original date) if notified at least 7 days in advance. Reschedule dates are subject to availability.

Reschedules requested within 7 days of the event may incur a $100 rescheduling fee.
⚠️ No-Shows & Late Starts:

If the client is more than 30 minutes late with no communication, the event is considered a no-show, and no refund or credit will be issued.

If the event starts late due to client delays, music service will still end at the originally agreed time.
🎧 DJ Cheekz Cancellations (Rare, but in case of emergency):

If I must cancel due to illness or emergency (which is extremely rare), I will do everything possible to:

Provide a trusted backup DJ OR
-
Offer a full refund including your deposit

💸 Refunds:

No refunds will be issued for changes of mind, dissatisfaction due to personal preferences, or client-side technical issues at virtual events.

Refunds will only be considered in extreme cases and at the discretion of DJ Cheekz.
